Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing virtual goods and services through the Divination RSPS Store. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy.

1. Payment Methods

We currently accept PayPal ONLY as our payment method:

We do not accept direct credit card payments, cryptocurrency, bank transfers, or any other payment methods at this time.

2. Pricing and Currency

All prices in our store are listed in US Dollars (USD). If you are paying in a different currency, the conversion will be handled by PayPal at their current exchange rate, which may include conversion fees.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed.

3. Virtual Currency and Items

Our store offers the following items:

• Divine Credits: Our premium virtual currency that can be used to purchase various in-game items and services
• Cosmetic Items: Items that change the appearance of your character without affecting gameplay
• Convenience Features: Services that make certain aspects of the game more convenient (e.g., bank space upgrades)
• Donor Ranks: Special titles and perks for supporters of the server

4. Purchase Confirmation and Delivery

After completing a purchase:

• You will receive an on-screen confirmation of your purchase
• Your purchased items will be available in-game immediately or within 5 minutes
• If you do not receive your items within 15 minutes, please contact our support team through Discord with your transaction ID

To ensure proper delivery, please make sure you are logged out of the game when making purchases. After purchasing, log in to receive your items.

5. STRICT No-Refund Policy

The ONLY exception to our no-refund policy is for verifiable technical issues where:

1. A transaction was completed and payment was processed
2. The purchased items were never delivered to your account due to a technical error on our end
3. You have provided transaction proof and our technical team has verified the delivery failure

In this extremely rare case, we will either:

• Deliver the originally purchased items to your account, or
• Issue store credit of equal value to your account

To report a technical delivery issue, contact our support team through Discord within 24 hours of purchase with:

• Your in-game username
• PayPal Transaction ID
• Date and time of purchase
• Items purchased
• Screenshot of PayPal payment confirmation

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute through PayPal or your financial institution is considered a serious violation of our terms of service and will result in the following consequences:

• Immediate permanent ban of your Divination RSPS account
• Permanent ban from making any future purchases on Divination RSPS
• Removal of all items, privileges, and virtual currency associated with the disputed payment
• Possible IP ban from our services
• Legal action in cases of fraudulent chargebacks

We strongly contest all chargebacks and maintain detailed records of all transactions, including:

• IP addresses used during purchase
• Account activity logs showing usage of purchased items
• Timestamps and server logs confirming delivery of purchased items
• Records of your explicit agreement to our no-refund policy during checkout

These records are submitted to PayPal during dispute resolution as evidence that purchased items were properly delivered and that you agreed to our no-refund policy.

If you have any issues with a purchase, you must contact our support team through Discord before initiating any chargeback or dispute. Failure to do so will result in the consequences listed above.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We strongly recommend:

• Using a strong, unique password for your Divination account
• Never sharing your account credentials with others
• Being wary of phishing attempts claiming to be Divination RSPS

We will not be responsible for unauthorized purchases made on your account if your account security was compromised due to negligence on your part. All purchases made on your account, regardless of who made them, are your responsibility.

8. Server Closure or Service Termination

In the unlikely event that Divination RSPS permanently ceases operations:

• We will provide as much advance notice as possible through our website and Discord
• No refunds will be provided for any purchases made at any time
• By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risk that online games and services may not operate indefinitely

9. Changes to Payment Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
