By creating an account, downloading our client, or accessing any part of the Divination RSPS service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you should not access or use our services.

2. Service Description

Divination RSPS is a free-to-play RuneScape Private Server operated by independent developers and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Jagex Ltd or RuneScape®. The game includes:

• A customized game client
• Game servers that host the virtual world
• Website facilities including forums, vote pages, and store
• Community platforms including Discord

3. Account Registration and Security

When creating an account with Divination RSPS:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion

4. User Conduct

As a user of Divination RSPS, you agree not to:

1. Violate any laws or regulations
2. Impersonate another person or entity
3. Use automated scripts, bots, or other software to access our services
4. Exploit bugs or glitches in the game
5. Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service
6. Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
7. Share, distribute, or publicly display any part of our service without permission
8. Use our services for commercial purposes without authorization

5. Virtual Goods and Currency

Divination RSPS offers virtual goods and currency that can be purchased with real money:

• All virtual items, currency, and accounts remain the property of Divination RSPS
• We do not provide refunds for virtual goods or currency once purchased
• Trading virtual goods or currency for real-world money is strictly prohibited
• We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove virtual goods at any time

6. Intellectual Property

All content included in the Divination RSPS service is the property of Divination RSPS or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our client
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Divination RSPS makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation:

• That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free

• That the service or server is free of viruses or other harmful components

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Divination RSPS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service or your use of the service.
